Aevol

aevol logo
Aevol is an in silico experimental evolution software developed by the LIRIS/INRIA Beagle team (Lyon, France) and by the “Evolutionary systems biology” team of INSERM U1001 (Paris, France). It enables studying the evolution of genome structures and of their indirect selection under robustness/evolvability constraints. During the EvoEvo project, aevol will be used to simulate TEV evolution.
